I had such a good experience with Bedrock Quartz. I was overwhelmed by having to make the decision on which Quartz to purchase, but the reps at this location helped me notice things in each slab that I wasn't paying attention to. They were very knowledgeable and patient with me. In the end, I found the exact slab I wanted and when it came time for me to order it, it was out-of-stock. At first, I didn't want to wait for it to come in, but Claire did everything she could do alter their in-house processes to make sure the delay was minimal for me. I am so glad I waited! From the sales people, to the templater, to the installation team and the great communication every step of the way from Melinda in Customer Service .. it was all great! I highly recommend this place and I LOVE my new countertops!

This re-model was a mess to begin with! By the time we got to Claire at Bedrock Quartz we were frustrated and had been seriously misled by a former contractor. Fortunately, we had several choices of material, and were able to finish the job we had started! The end result was a highly usable design in pretty colors, we love the work room these counters have given our kitchen space! Thanks Bedrock Team!

Laura D. was unbelievable!!!! Laura was incredibly helpful and so knowledgeable about the products! Fred and David took the lead with helping measuring and David was so nice and friendly! Fred was hilarious! But when it was time to work, he put his heart and soul into it.The installation boys, I'm sorry I don't remember their names, they were friendly and installed quickly and my bathroom counter/sink looks BEAUTIFUL I wouldn't have been able to have it done without you all! What an incredible business who is friendly and knowledgeable and quick to give me results whether it was information, the estimate, or the installation! Laura and Fred were always diligent with keeping me involved with the works of things and dates and times. What a crew!! For reals! I highly recommend bedrock quartz for any updated needs! So why five stars? Because they didn't have 10!
Yep, that great - why?
Because in these days of automation and "self service" or semi-instant online chat - it is apparent that the human interaction, the customer care we all were once used to - is by design, non- existent. Try buying an airline ticket on a major airline, then go through the gauntlet of speaking with someone about a problem.
The greatest indicator of mission success is how a company responds to the customer when there is a "real problem".
This happened to us this past week during our countertop order process. Factors beyond the control of Bedrock brought the fabrication process to a complete halt. Armageddon!
Yet, once the problem was identified, key individuals went above and beyond to ensure a successful outcome in a most timely manner. Saving our project deadline.
