I had a great experience with A Plus from the initial phone call to the end of the service call. I was scheduled very quickly and the technician Kyle was on time and explained everything to me. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. Not only did Kyle do a great job, he did it all with a smile on his face!

Overall

Zach and Kent repaired my double garage door. I called them after discovering that the spring had snapped. They were at my house within two hours. Approximately three hours later, I had a fully functioning garage door that was working better than ever. They basically repaired the entire door.
Obviously it now works better than it ever did.
Kudos to these two!

I just replaced my garage door with A Plus for cosmetic reasons and I’m so glad I did! From start to finish it was a great, smooth process. Grant was knowledgeable and patient with me as we explored different door options and price points. Once we confirmed the order Wendy communicated the timeline of the order and helped to schedule the install and then when it was finally installed Cameron and Mitchel knocked it out of the park. They were efficient, professional and did a great job. With the new rollers and tracks I can barely hear the garage opening and closing. Can’t recommend A Plus enough, they did a great job!
