I had a truck full of old doors and trash from a remodel I did for a customer in Park City. I needed a close landfill or transfer station so I could unload and make room in my truck for my tools. I googled the nearest landfill. Google finds bumper dump. It's 8 miles away way. So I go there and bumper dump pretty much doesn't even exist. That took the wind out of my sails because the next dump was in wanship or Heber. On Top roofing let me put the old doors in their dumpster. They didn't have to do that, but it sure made my day go more smoothly. That's just good community service right there. Thanks again!

On Top Roofing truck cut me off this 4/1/24 on I-80 going east at 0730 AM. He came within 1ft. of my vehicle as he was passing people in the slow lane going 85mph. I watched him over the next 10 minutes and he weaved and cut off an additional 15+ drivers and semi's until I could see him no longer. Looking at the negative reviews this is a problem that has been ignored. For what its worth.

We recently called on top roofing looking for a roof bid. We got a call back quickly after requesting a bid online. We worked with Matt Nance who provided us with a very reasonable bid! He was quick and efficient actually took the time to get up on the roof and take a look around (unlike other roofers who came with a paper already in hand not even knowing what the condition of our roof was)
He was able to answer all of our questions and more and even talk through some questions we had about other roofers.
Really appreciate the way he worked with us and the price was very reasonable.

On Top Roofing (and Brandon in particular) saved us during a nightmare re-roofing debacle = 100% HEROS!

I called them cold after talking with four other roofers from Salt Lake. We specified a brand new shingle roof with two large standing seam metal areas with low slope. Other roofers were giving us confusing reasons why we shouldn't or should do the metal. Brandon came on site within two hours, climbed on the roof, took measurements, and communicated with me the entire time via text (my preference in a moment to make fast decisions). His thorough descriptions of why we could (and should) do the metal on the low slope areas in the PC climate left me confident to cancel on the other builder I'd already given a deposit to (I got all but $100 back! phew), and signed with On Top. They fit our roof in within two weeks, and did a gorgeous job! We love the combination of shingle and metal, and we're now working with them for our metal facia, soffit, gutters and downspouts to match. The metal was custom crafted in their warehouse in PC, and elevates our modern aesthetic so well. We're so excited for a low maintenance, high-quality roof at a great price (they beat out three of the SLC roofers bids, and was WAY better quality than the least expensive bid I'd gotten).

100% best choice we've made on our remodel so far!
