Normally like these guys, but they cut me some keys that didn’t fit, brought them back, they cut me some new ones. I told them that the first ones just seemed a little too long, so they cut a little off and they seemed to work pretty well, but not perfect. The guy today told me to cut 3 more I would have to pay $10 a key. At that price I might as well buy a new lock. I’ll find a new locksmith.

We had Sam from Arco come and re-key our property. We had an issue with the door (that was totally our fault) and he still came out to the property to fix the issue. He was great at communicating and did an amazing job!

A year ago my husband wanted me to get an extra fob for my car for emergencies.
I went in an had Arco program a fob.
It worked when I picked it up.
I put it away in the safe. I needed it a month ago and pulled it out. It was glitchy. I took it back in to Arco and it worked again.
Well today I’m locked out of my car. I had to pull out the actual key.
I’m inside my car and the key is not detected.
I feel like the fob is completely unreliable and makes me feel unsafe.
I’m going to have to spend more money somewhere else to get this resolved.
I’ve been to Arco for keys and they are good at that. Do Not Get A Fob Here.

I brought to their shop a single door lock cylinder for a Honda Accord 2007. I was quoted beforehand over the phone for it to cost $79 per hour and that it would probably take less than an hour of labor. They didn't get the cylinder back to me until the morning of the next day, even though I brought it in the early morning. I was also charged $100 for an hour of labor (To be fair, I did not bring the quote with me). I would recommend just using "Provo Locksmith UT LLC" who quoted me $95 for the same job and would send a technician out to my house to do it within the next hour.

Fantastic service. They were able to program my car key for $60 vs the dealers price of $165 plus a new key ($150). Would highly recommend for any lock and key needs.
