I bought the wrong tile because I didn't understand the differences between stone and ceramic tile. Bad on me. They handled my return courteously and generously. They didn't even charge me the full restocking fee their policy entitled them to. Good on them. I would be glad to do business with them again. But I'll make sure I understand clearly what I need first?.

Great experience with Arizona Tile! We bought limestone tile for our kitchen and hallway, about 1200 sq ft. It’s gorgeous. We bought extra tile not knowing how much we would need and were able to return the excess and get a full refund for the unused tile. Great customer service. So happy with the results. Thank you!
