We called Roto-Rooter to come check out our draining in the basement because my moms shower was backing up when someone would shower or flush the toilet but Mathew came and unclogged it really quick and he gave us a reason not to use any type of flushable wipes because how terrible it clogs filtration with the sewers and all! But he made sure the main line was cleared out. Mathew was very professional at his job and was also very kind. Thanks again Mathew :)

Eddie did awesome. My youngest son clogged our toilet with probably an entire roll of toilet paper. They were here within a hour, got it unclogged. Very professional and personable. Would recommend!!! Cannot thank you enough! Adding it’s Memorial Weekend so happy they were available.

Matthew with Rotor Rooter is amazing!! I have only owned my home a couple of weeks and the floor drain flooded after the kids took a bath. I had a different plumber come out before him, and he said “It’s an old home, that’s just how the pipes are.” I was not satisfied with that answer so I called Rotor Rooter and they sent Matt out with in an hour. It needed up being a main line issue. Their team was so amazing to work with. Thank you for all your help.

We were having serious septic-related issues and the guys at Roto-Rooter were great! Yairo, 1st tech, was personable, pleasant and knowledgeable. Tom, kept us informed, hourly, of when we could expect the tech. And our 2nd tech, Andrew was great, too! He was very personable, efficient and provided good information and expressed genuine concern about our satisfaction with the service/asked if there was anything more he could do.
