In full disclosure, I didn't actually hire this company. The reason I am giving a 5 star review is because the honesty that they showed over the phone and they basically sent me to LG to get the repair done for free. The person on the other end was knowledgeable and asked me lots of questions to make sure he could give the right answer and sure enough everything he said about the fridge was covered. Just nice working with people who are quick, to the point, and very honest.

I was referred Dallin at Vertex Appliance Repair by a co-worker. I am more than happy and satisfied. The website was easy to book an appointment. I received a confirmation text message before he arrived with a photo of him. Dallin arrived right in the middle of the appt. window diagnosed the issue with our dryer. He was able to have a part for us within 24hrs or so and had the new part installed and working within 20 minutes. I highly recommend Dallin. Quick, competent, professional, and well priced. My dryer broke, it was out of warranty, and I didn’t have a specific repair company in mind to use. I just googled local companies. Vertex had good reviews and was local so I decided to give them a try. Scheduling was very simple online. I immediately received a text with who would be at my house and confirming the date and time. Dallin was very efficient. He figured out very quickly what the problem was and was able to repair it in a timely manner. I will use them again (though I hope not to need them anytime soon) and refer them to anyone who needs a repair service.
