106° out today and our A/C decided to go out! Kris and Stephanie not only came out the same day, but they fixed the diagnosed issue in less than 10 minutes (blown starter). And, they replaced the starter with a much higher quality one than the last company who came out to fix our (won’t name any names). I cannot recommend them enough. Great people too! Last night about 5:30 pm our air conditioner went out. All I could think was, Omg this weekend is going to be hell! But Sam Dunn said to call CTR Heating and Air Conditioning. We did, and by 9:45 last night our air conditioning was working like a champ! They made two visits to our house, plus an after hours trip to a supply house to pick up a condenser fan motor. I can't say enough good things about these guys, they were awesome! Also, turns out Chris is Corey Keller's brother, so this shouldn't be a surprise! We had CTR come out after having a couple of the big name HVAC companies come out to give us a quote on getting our AC unit fixed and CTR was the only one that didn’t try to use scare tactics to sell us on more than what was needed, which is what the other big name companies did. CTR was reasonably priced, honest and their owner, Kris, came out as a last minute call out to help us, which he didn’t have to do. CTR did amazing work and I will continue to recommend them to everyone I can. We are so thankful they were recommended to us.

I love that they have online scheduling, and most appointments that I have requested have been available either the same day or the next day without any additional charges. They also have an option to select After Hours service in the online portal (which I have not used).

The technicians are prompt, polite and efficient, I've never had any issues over the last 4+ service calls. I'm glad I finally found an HVAC company that is honest and cares about their customers and is reasonably priced.

Great customer service and very responsive. My AC stopped working at my rental property in the middle of summer and most companies said they couldn't get me on the schedule for several days, CTR got me on the schedule that day. My technician Peter was fantastic, communicated with me every step of the way, so I knew when he was coming and what the problem was before fixing it. He even answered some questions I had on a Sunday evening and came back to the property several times to help my tenant setup the new thermostat and fix a few minor issues. I will definitely be using CTR again.

We've been using CTR Heating & Air for 10 years now. They have put in a more efficient air conditioning unit for us, and services our equipment yearly. They are professional, friendly, and prompt. We just had an issue with our thermostat and Peter came out to trouble shoot for us and to do the yearly service on our unit. Peter was on time, efficient, explained what he was doing and what conclusions he came to as well as the why behind it. Very informative and professional. In and out quickly and he cleaned up after himself afterwards. Couldn't recommend someone better. Ask for "Peter" when you need to schedule a visit. This is coming from someone who used to do HVAC 15 years ago too. I’ve been using CTR since they’ve been in business. I’ve been completely happy with every technician that has come for any service I’ve needed. This time around I’d like to give kudos to the technician, Taylor, who came to do my A/C tune up & air quality analysis. Taylor called to let me know he was on his way, he was friendly and very professional. He explained in detail what he was testing and gave excellent recommendations. He then sat down and wrote out the items & prices of things we talked about. There was no pressure to buy. He said he’s only been at CTR for about 8 months. Chris, keep this guy, he did an excellent job & was very knowledgeable.
