The experience hiring this contractor was fantastic! Just 1 call, got a reasonable quote, AC was installed in a couple days. After 2 weeks the contractor sent inspector to make sure the installation was done properly and the system is working correctly. Without AC we would not survive in these 105+ degrees hot days! I called and spoke to Savannah (very nice) and she told me the next available appointment would be the next day but if she would try to squeeze me in sooner if there was a cancellation or a tech finished a job early. An hour later she called and said Bill could come over right now if that worked for me. (My experience has been that people say they will try to fit you in but they never do. Savannah is the exception and I deeply appreciate it.)
It did work for me and Bill showed up in 15 minutes diagnosed the problem as a bad capacitor which he replaced with a new one he had on the truck. He also checked my freon level and added just a little to bring my system up to the correct level.
Everyone was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. While nothing is "Affordable" these days, I can safely say that they lived up to their namesake. Fast, Friendly and Affordable

Based on our previous experience with Affordable we did not hesitate to have them replace our furnace.
A few years ago when the other companies were telling us we had to buy a new furnace Affordable told us that all we had to do was replace the impeller motor for a lot less. That was about 6 years ago. This time they said it was time to replace the furnace. The part it needed was very expensive.
So they replaced the furnace and did a great job.
Bottom line is I trust them. They are very honest, professional, and reliable at a great price.
