Evan Chiavassa from Whipple is SUCH a quality electricianperson. He was easy to work with and he was able to find a better route for our home to install an EV Charger Level 2 outlet in our garage. We had two different companies come out and gave us significantly higher pricing ($1,500 bucks MORE than what Whipple Evan priced out) the routes the other companies gave were complicated too intrusive on our home to simply run wire from our panel in the basement to the garage.

He walked us through a very comprehensive way about running his purposed route of the wiring along with the pricing. Nothing was confusing or hidden in anyway. He did confirm a few things along the way he found to keep an eye on in our situation and priced it out if we wanted those done as well. Ultimately we chose to do the EV Level 2 charger with 50amps install only.

Once we decided to go with the plan he set out for us: he was quick, efficient, showed us at the end what was done, how to use and maintain our new breaker EV LvL 2 Charger and ensured our outlet in the garage was oriented in a way we could to get easily. I appreciated Evan a lot because he was SO easy to work with and he does the work for you like it is his own home. No gimmicks, No Games and No hidden fees. I recommend Evan specifically from Whipple for your electric needs. We'll be going with Evan again for our future project's we have in our home for our electrical needs.

Whipple was amazing when it came to getting a new AC unit and furnace. They were quick, and punctual, install went great.
However, that unit was installed in August of 2023, here we are now in June of 2024 (so less than 4 months of actual usage on the system), and the AC unit is having an issue.
Been trying to get Whipple out to fix it for 2 weeks now, keep getting my appointment pushed further and further out.

Update: Finally got Shane out to fix the unit. Shane was awesome, very knowledgeable, and explained everything he was doing and seeing.

Wire came loose. Eric came out, not only same day, but on a Sunday.
Eric was great, wonderful service this go around.

Tony Moore and Steve Stoker were amazing Whipple service technicians. They were both so professional, knowledgeable, and made sure to explain things in a way that was easy to understand. Really great service. Bill arrived on time and explained what the issues were with our system. He also presented options and explained them very clearly.
Daniel S. presented options and pricing for us. He was easy to speak to and was able to answer all of our questions.
Our installation went very well. The technicians covered the floors, steps, and carpets and everyone from our first encounter with Bill put on protective booties.
The attention to detail through the entire process meant we received a quality installation that is working perfectly.

Isaac Valdez was terrific. He communicated with me before the appointment and showed up when he said he would. When he arrived he was polite, respectful and professional. He quickly assessed our systems and explained what he had found in plain language, he proposed several alternative solutions. Gibson and Jeff were great! They arrived early and gave me a very reasonable quote. I was notified by their office and given a GPS link to know exactly when they would arrive. They ran a new wire from an existing wall switch to install my Ring Floodlight, and another electrical outlet outdoors. They were quick, efficient, and knew exactly what they were doing.
