I would give Zero stars if I could. My business had a VERY expensive system installed last week. We have had three technicians out this week. One this morning. To get a tech out today was a long fight last night with the third phone call telling us our system lost communication at 3:30 am. Have talked to customer service many times this week. Absolutely horrible. The hold message says 24 hr emergency service. That is a flat out lie. I just got told today that they can't reach the on call tech. See you next week. Tried to call our salesman Jason, voicemail. He gave us his card & said call him anytime if we have any problems. Should have kept Ring or went with Vivant. Three times cheaper. DON'T GET ADT!

If I could give them a negative five stars I would then again the individual that scammed my mom didn't even look like an employee there was no badge or nothing to confirm that he works for ADT I highly suggest staying away from ADT just go with a Ring or Cloud doorbell system

CS is no good. Got Transferred 4 times only to get hung up on. No tech help. Nobody could help me set the system up on my google wifi.

Horrible customer service. They hung up on me and transferred me back and forth until I just gave up for 1 year and 9 months. I call to cancel and the guy I spoke to was absolutely rude and no help. He basically laughed and said I was still in a contract and I couldn’t cancel. He said he would just send someone out if that would make me feel better. I will be canceling and not EVER recommend this terrible place.

ADT has been acting like a bully lately.
They signed me and my emergency contact up for chat service when we didn't request it and I didn't request it. So they involved my emergency contact without my permission and starts spamming them and signed me up for something without my permission.
I had an error message on my ADT pulse app that said that the security panel had a low battery. This after a technician was out several weeks ago. ADT charged me a $25 trip charge for a new technician to come out and review what the other technician did because it was still saying that the security panel had a low battery after the previous technician had installed a new battery. So they charged me a trip charge to come and double check the technician's work since the app was giving an error message.
The app is still saying that the security panel has a low battery.
UPDATE: ADT contacted me and took care of this with their customer outreach. They reversed the fee they charged me and sent out another technician to make sure the problem is fixed. I'm satisfied with the resolution and I appreciate them taking care of it.
