The references Sirin supplied were all effusive & the work we inspected was impeccable. We worked with her from the initial design to the finishing touches & plan to work with her company in the future on other projects. She provided detailed timetables, clearly explained each step, answered questions throughout the renovation - which finished ahead of schedule & in budget - and ensured that the house was cleaner when they finished than when they began. We couldn't be happier with the quality of the work, materials, communication, & follow-up. The company owner (Sirin) checked in with us onsite every day & we knew who would be in our home each day, when they would be arriving, & when they expected to finish for the day. Kitchen still looks fabulous and so happy with the work. Solid Kitchen and Bath completed 2 of our bathrooms this spring. Again -- I was so impressed with the work itself and how liveable it was during the process. They do a great job cleaning up daily and we even worked from home!

2019 Kitchen:
So pleased to have worked with Solid Kitchen and Bath on our kitchen renovation. Sirin and her team were remarkable from start to finish. (And it was finished earlier than expected!)

We met with three companies and Sirin and another company came out to our house to investigate. Of those two companies, Sirin was better at relating to us from the beginning and listening to what we wanted. Then we met with her in the showroom and selected finishes that we liked.

We got pricing from all vendors and Sirin's was competitive. Her edge was that she was great at helping us decide things and listening. The other vendors - not so much. She came out to our house once or twice more before construction started to evaluate the soffits (we were removing them) and measure. We signed a contract at that point.

Work started as planned and they helped us re-plan our laundry room so that could act as our kitchen in the interim. Throughout the process, Sirin was great at sharing various options and helping us get what we wanted. There were a few times where we didn't understand something, but she helped explain it until we did. I learned to really trust her.

The demolition and construction went beautifully. I was surprised at how clean our house stayed during the process thanks to the plastic up and the crew fastidiously keeping the site clean. We were able to walk through the kitchen everyday. Aside from a few items coming in damaged (which Sirin coordinated replacement asap), it all went perfectly -- actually, beyond my expectations.

At the end of the project, we had captured a few questions via photos and text to her and all items were resolved fully on the last day.

I look forward to working with her again on future bathroom remodels and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend she and your team for other projects.

Sirin listened to my ideas and guided me on design choices, sent me 3D renderings to envision the end result. The work was delivered on time and on budget. Communication was clear and frequent so I was always aware of what work was happening when. When inevitable challenges were encountered, solutions were always provided.
