Damon was really quick to arrive when we needed help with a clogged main right before 4 of July. He did a very thorough job and made sure to show us what he was doing and what we could do to prevent future issues. Very friendly and polite. Yes, it cost a pretty penny, but we felt we got great help and it was worth it.

Very professional and timely. Dale is an experienced HVAC technician and knows his stuff. Jake helped us through the new heat pump and air handler process and was professional, personable and attentive to questions or concerns. Jason and his team were knowledgeable, respectful and thorough during the installation. Communication with this company is top notch. I would recommend this company.

I called with just a couple questions and the receptionist was so kind and helpful. Within minutes she had found a coupon for me and set me up with a free inspection to address my exact issue. Not only that but I was able to schedule it that same week! John Paul was sent to my home to assist me with my troubles and I cannot sing his praises enough. He was patient, thorough, and even gave me solid advice on a bunch of other related home issues. I can't thank him enough and will absolutely be back for more service in the future. I had the best experience with this company so far and highly recommend.

James was the attendant who serviced our leaky tub today and he was awesome! He thoroughly communicated about his arrival prior to, was able to do a quick inspection/determination about the issue we were having, and was able to address it at the appointment. We had an additional fix we needed and he was able to accommodate it. He kept me informed of his progress along the way. In March 2024, we discovered our sewer drainage pipe was progressively backing up so we called John C. Flood to come take a look. The company sent Andy over and within a few hours of my call, Andy had scoped and diagnosed the drainage pipe was clogged by tree roots. Andy had a proposal over quick and after patiently answering many, many questions, I accepted the job proposal. Andy and crew got right to work pulling permits and getting the job scheduled only 3 business days after. In the interim, Andy sent a crew to partially unblock our sewer line so we could resume normal household routines. Once work began, the crew at our house made the whole experience seamless! We only went without water for an hour during the repair, which was important for a household of 3 adults and two kids under ten years old. This company and crew know what they are doing! I would describe their work as efficient, quiet, clean, mannered, and going above and beyond expectations. They honored additional requests to tailor the final repair result to our liking. The excavation site was left better than they found it. 100% customer satisfaction. I would do the repair again with John C. Flood.
