My experience working with Integrated Media Systems has been nothing short of absolutely STUPENDOUS. The level of professionalism and friendliness from the entire team made the process extremely seamless. Roberto came to do the initial walk through and provided immense knowledge of all the different options that were offered in order to foster the proper access control for our company. Anthony and Jeremiah were extremely pleasant in their approach in handling the installation portion of the project from start to finish. They ran into a couple of issues that weren't in their control and I knew nothing about it until well after it was resolved due to their ability to keep a level head and persevere to get the job done. Andrea (who answers the phones consistently by the way) was also an added bonus to my experience working with them. She possessed so much warmth and empathy in her approach that it produced such a pleasant environment, even though it was virtual. This company really knows how to staff their establishment and for that, I will make sure I scream it from the hilltops to choose them every time you need some assistance within their expertise. You won't be disappointed.
