This is the 2nd time I worked w/ A&M for AC & HVAC services. Both experiences are stellar & seamless! At the end of summer 2023, my AC stopped working & our home became 100 degrees late Sat. night/Sun. morning. Eldred (owner) came to diagnose & fix the problem Sunday. He gave my AC enough freon to get us through the summer & advised we may need a new HVAC for 2024. He did not over charge nor pressure me to purchase a new one. July 2024, & after 3 contractors came, I chose to work with A&M. Eldred is professional, thorough, & identified 2 other safety issues that were missed by the previous two contractors. His prices are fair (his quote was in the middle)& I did not feel pressured to give an answer to select A&M (I did with the other company). Eldred’s quote included the exact same (Trane) equipment from a different HVAC company, however was ~ $900 less! He did not try to sell me anything I did not need. He is an excellent & respectful communicator. He answered my questions. Eldred & team came early on the weekend, to replace my AC, coils, & furnace. The work they did is seamless. Afterwards, he made sure everything worked, tested both AC & heat functions, showed us how to use the furnance, manual & trouble shoot. He included another basement return to help with humidity/heat in the winter. The furnace has a new pan underneath, which functions to prevent flooding if it has issues. I appreciate his & the team’s professionalism. I never felt uneasy. I appreciate he explains things, is easy going, trustworthy, & honest. He explained general maintenance and what the Trane Warranty covers. Additionally, Trane is top tier for HVAC & has a reputation to last (& typically does not need service within the year). We are extremely pleased with A&M, Eldred and the team. I am happy to support the company & appreciate A&M expertise. Thank you!!

Can't say enough good things about A&M HVAC. Our AC unit broke a few months ago we called another company to fix it...after they "fixed" the issue, it broke after 2 months again on July 4th...A&M was not only open but Eldred patiently listen to our issues and already had troubleshoot steps he wanted to implement as soon as he got to our house the next day! Turned out that the previous company's technician didn't know what he was doing and clogged our ducts with freon sealer...Eldred and Alex not only fixed the issue but stayed late into the night to make sure the unit was functioning properly. Highly recommend if your looking for good and honest service!

Eldred is amazing. I had an issue with a circuit breaker tripping when the auxiliary heat came on. It was two days before Thanksgiving, but he wasn’t able to get someone out to us until the weekend (which I completely understood). I needed the issue remeidiated sooner.

Eldred walked me through a couple of different DIY options. This included text messages and calls. At one point I thought I might be taking advantage of his time and kindness, but he never made me feel that way. If I texted a question, he would call me back within a few minutes. He explained everything with sufficient detail so that I understood what I was doing and why. I was able to resolve the issue on my own with his guidance.

He didn’t have to help me, and he refused my offer to pay him. It’s rare to find people of such quality character these days. No doubt I will call Eldred for my future HVAC needs, and you should too.

I am extremely happy and satisfied with the unit and service that I received. I had my entire HVAC system with furnace, Ultra Violet Air Cleaner and a water leak detection device installed. I will be adding a humidifier to the system in the near future. Eldred and his team were professional, on time and ready to work. Eldred made sure that he answered all of my questions as well as provided advice that was very helpful. You will not be disappointed. This team is very knowledgeable. I worked with the owner of the company Eldered. When I called he was able to fit me in the same day. Then I had another concern with HVAC that wasn’t addressed during the initial encounter. He was able to come back the same day and resolved the concern. He also, explained in details what was wrong. Also, very honest person. He charged reasonable amount for his services.

He didn’t ask for this review compare to a lot of companies that does. I just wanted to share positive experience.

Eldred helped diagnose the wiring issues between my Heat pump, Thermostat , and outside unit. Not only that, he helped me understand what the problem actually was and made me feel confident in telling my home warranty people what the problem was.
Without him my house would still be very hot so thank you so much. He also installed my Nest thermostat! I’d definitely recommend their services.
