CKB was recommended to us by close friends who had successfully used them to remodel their own kitchen. CKB lived up to the hype! We are very happy with our remodeled kitchen and refinished floors. It began when Quinn smoothly guided us through the design process. He asked a number of questions, threw out some initial ideas and then presented a few options. When we settled on a design, Monica stepped in to keep the project on track. She was very responsive and communicative at every phase of the renovation. She worked hard to find a few things that really made a difference and she tried to make the process as least disruptive as possible. Miguel and the construction team were courteous, friendly and professional. The pride in their work and the craftsmanship showed up in multiple ways. We truly appreciated how they took care of our home by cleaning up every day and working hard to contain the dust, etc.
We have already recommended CKB to several friends and a few relatives. We look forward to working with them again

We moved our washer & dryer from a very small mudroom off our garage entrance to an unused closet off our master bathroom. Quinn, JC, and his team at CK&B did a great job. The entire job was finished in 2 weeks and they took the time to work with us up front. I requested multiple estimates from a number of companies and Quinn was the only one to respond in a timely manner. They transformed a basic closet into a wonderful second floor laundry room (see before & after picture). Second floor laundry is definitely the way to go. We plan to remodel our kitchen in the future and I will definitely use CK&B again. I recommend them for anything large or small.

I had a fantastic experience working with Quinn and the CK&B team for my bathroom remodel! The result is beyond what I had hoped for. The matte white tiles contrast nicely with the matte black fixtures, the calacatta rhino quartz is beautiful atop the white vanity, and the VOVO bidet is amazing. They were very accommodating and let me take all the time I needed to pick out my selections. Every trip to their office almost felt like meeting with friends. Quinn is very honest and I think one of the best in this business you will ever find. He is quality over quantity; exactly the type of person and company you want. If you're thinking of doing a remodel, I can definitely recommend CK&B.

We were looking at a complete remodel of our kitchen--including cabinets, countertops, and new light fixtures--and found Chantilly Kitchen & Bath in a local advertisement. It was a big ask, but Quinn and his staff worked out a plan to do everything we wanted to do.

Quinn and his team were punctual and ready to work. They were very careful about sealing off the kitchen from the rest of the house to reduce dust and noise. They cleaned up the area every day. The team methodically worked full days and completed the work on schedule.

The quality of the work was top notch. Cabinetry work was expertly done, as was the painting and electrical work. It is an understatement to say we were exceptionally pleased with the quality of the materials used and the quality of the work done.

Working with Quinn and his team was a real pleasure. He was very personable and always willing to adjust the plan to accommodate our needs. He made sure that we were informed of the construction process throughout the job, and his references to us as "family" were reassuring and a nice touch.

We highly recommend Chantilly Kitchen and Bath. If you choose Quinn and his team, we are certain that you will not be disappointed.

We are so grateful to have CK&B (Quinn, Monica, and Miguel) transform our outdated kitchen into a modern and functional space. The team took our vision and delivered what is now the centerpiece of our home. Many family members and friends constantly compliment how beautiful our kitchen is. The pictures speak for themselves!

What really sets this team apart from others is their level of service and attention to detail. They always provided constant updates and were available to answer any questions we had. We highly recommend Chantilly Kitchen & Bath to anyone looking to transform their kitchen!

First off look at the before and after pictures...Wow. I cannot say enough great things about Chantilly Kitchen & Bath. I was referred to them from a previous client of theirs. Quinn, Monica and Pearl helped me make my dream master bathroom at a very reasonable price. I thought I knew what I wanted in a master bathroom but Quinn and Monica helped me refine my vision. The team Quinn has from demolition, installation, plumber, electrician, and tile personnel were top notch. Working from home I got to witness the transformation in real time. I have two other bathrooms I cannot wait to get remodeled by Chantilly Kitchen and Bath. Great job Quinn and Team. Looking forward to the next bathroom remodel.

Chantilly Kitchen and Bath recently remodeled my master suite and to say that it’s gorgeous, is an understatement! It’s absolutely STUNNING! I couldn’t be happier! Quinn and his team made the entire process easy and stress free from start to finish. During our very first meeting to discuss the project, Quinn took a lot of notes and was honest with me regarding the cost and timeframe for completing the work. His designer, Cherie, used her expertise and artistic vision to help me pick out design materials that I normally wouldn’t have even considered and I’m so glad she did! I ended up with a beautiful bathroom that has unique design features and not just typical “cookie cutter” bathroom. CKB’s employees are skilled, proficient and reliable. I always knew when the workers would be at my house. I never had to wait around and wonder if they were showing up. My project was completed on the date promised in our contract.

In dealing with other contractors in the past, the qualities that made Chantilly Kitchen and Bath stand out above the rest, was their professionalism and their love for the work. They take pride in the job that they do and it shows in the finished product. Another key factor that was important to me was communication during the project. Quinn kept me informed regarding every step of the process. Whenever issues arose, which they do in most projects, Quinn would make sure that I was fully informed of the situation and he assured me that everything was taken care of. Being able to trust that the job was being done properly was such a wonderful feeling. I can’t say enough good things about Chantilly Kitchen and Bath! They were truly a wonderful company to work with and I highly recommend them for any project you have in mind!

This is a long review, but it covers two jobs. Please bear with me. Chantilly Kitchen and Bath completed a master bathroom renovation as well as a kitchen renovation for our 28-year-old home. Let’s start with the bathroom which was a total gut job. CKB (Quinn, Cherie, and Monica) took it from just plain awful to awesome in about 3 weeks. We went with large white subway tile with black grout on the walls and around the shower/tub combo, Schluter-Jolly trim in black, matte black fixtures, and white, black and grey cement tile on the floor and in the niche. The bathroom has a cathedral ceiling, and the original plan was to not tile the back of the wall all the way to the slopped ceiling. Cherie stepped in and decided that it should be tiled to the ceiling even though that meant having to cut the tiles on the diagonal. This was a great decision, and the tile looks amazing. It’s a small bathroom so it's hard to get a photo of everything in one picture. Rather than going through the kitchen renovation detail by detail first, let me just start at the end. Our once dated kitchen with oak builder grade cabinets now looks like a million dollars. Not that there weren’t bumps in the road to get the kitchen finished, because there were, and because we had the kitchen renovated right before Christmas, I think we felt even more pressured to have it done by Christmas so we could be done with construction in the house. It was not done by Christmas, but Monica ensured we had a working kitchen by Christmas eve. The kitchen was eventually finished by mid-January (additional molding had to be ordered for the island) and Quinn and Monica even came over on a Saturday with the crew to complete the punch out. As Quinn is the owner of CKB, he wants to make sure that his customers are happy and coming to our house on a Saturday to make sure everything was to our satisfaction is an example of how he treats his customers. While the remodeled kitchen is the same size as the original kitchen, it looks so much bigger since we went with white Shaker cabinets finished with crown molding at the ceiling. I wanted some cabinets with glass doors but due to supply chain issues, I could not get glass doors, but in the end since the kitchen is small, I am not sure that glass fronted cabinets would have added that much. The island is a light grey and looks more like a piece of furniture rather than kitchen cabinets. A big shout-out to Dan and Top Marble and Granite for getting the countertops measured and installed in the same day. This may be atypical, but it was our experience. I had already picked out a glass and marble tile backsplash and was lucky to find a large slab of quartz at Top Marble and Granite that was perfect with the backslash. The great thing about CKB is that they work within in your budget. For the bathroom, I wanted a white shaker vanity with square sinks, one hole for the faucet, and a quartz countertop. Costco had such a vanity and CKB was fine with me ordering it. For the kitchen, CKB took care of everything except I ordered the light fixtures for the island and kitchen table. My master bathroom and kitchen were beautifully remodeled and look exactly as I had imagined, and I could not have done it (and done it within budget) without CKB.

Quinn & CKB did a fantastic job on what started out as a kitchen remodel with a partial wall removal and then turned into a first floor makeover. Quinn feels like family - and cares about doing a great job. He does a nice job of itemizing his estimates and talking through different options and their impact on the budget. We went through all the normal challenges with a remodel project - but Quinn was great at communicating and kept within his original schedule estimates. He is meticulous about the final details at the end of the project - and making sure things are fully complete and up to his standards. It has been a few months since our remodel - but I still love it! A few before/after pics attached...
