I would highly recommend them for their professionalism and punctuality. I was able to get an appointment for the same day with no surcharge for the visit and the technician Fardeen Ferozi was on time and professional. He was able to diagnose the issue, called me to explain the problem and answered all my questions very patiently. He also explained the solution for the situation completed the job efficiently and called me back to inform me of the completion. I would highly recommend the company and the technician!

We have two aging HVAC Systems both approximately 20 years old. We have used Air One Tech for several years for service and maintenance. We decided to replace both A/C systems and both furnaces. We got two other quotes and we determined Air One Tech provided the best value. The crews arrived onsite on May 9th at 8:30 am. They removed all existing equipment, installed all new equipment and were completely done including cleanup and systems checks at 5:30 pm. They protected all floors and adjacent surfaces and were very careful to avoid collateral damage. All crew members were professional in appearance and workmanship. We cannot recommend them highly enough.
