I had an emergency and 123 Junk was able to get the truck out within a couple of hours. I always enjoy working with these crews. They always seem so jolly and chipper, are very courteous and do a great job. What's not to love?

Timeliness: promised an arrival between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. The truck showed up at 11 with a call before arrival.
Cost estimate: initial cost was based on our estimate of how many "couches" needed to be removed. We took a shot at 5. 123Junk explained that a revised estimate would be provided before any work was done and if that estimate was too high, we could cancel without cost. The workers figured what we had would take up the whole truck. They were able to get all of it loaded without taking up the whole truck and final cost was about $100 less.
Thoroughness: 123Junk worked quickly with no wasted time. They were finished before noon.
Overall experience: we were happy with 123Junk's service especially the clarity in what we could expect. Also impressed that they load the truck so that items that could be donated (Habitat for Humanity) were loaded last - glad to know that relatively new and functional items would be recycled.

Fast, efficient, and upfront prices made a very pleasant experience with 123 Junk. Paul and his team showed up on time and got to work. I wanted to remove my shed and they were able to without any hassle. Would highly recommend!!
