When the Route Manager, Yamir Garcia came out to perform this work, I was introduced to him and also scheduled some much needed work at my condo. Mr. Yamir Garcia exceeded all of my expectations. He called ahead to say he was on the way, was friendly, helpful, informative and very detailed in dealing with the work I had requested. George is dishonest and a liar. The quality of their service has gone down yet their prices have either remained the same or increased. He told his employee to leave my house immediately because I did not pay my balance which was not true. My balance was paid in full. And then when I confronted him about it, he blamed his employee. George attempted to charge me their first time rate for work that equated to standard maintenance and tried to reduce the amount of work that is usually done during standard maintenance and checkups. To be clear this was not my first time utilizing their services so my most recent appointment was a follow-up / maintenance appointment. If there were changes to their policy then it should've been explained before the appointment was set. It wasn't until work was being done, that George changed his mind. The employee was doing the standard work that he was used to doing. This tells me that George tries to scam his customers because even the employee didn't understand the changes or why George was telling him to leave and alter the work that was being done.

IN RESPONSE TO REPLY:
Clearly you were banking on your reputation when you tried to scam me. The work the employee did was no different than any other time I had a follow-up done regardless of the time lapse. So no, you were not starting over. And you told your employee that I currently had an outstanding balance and lied when I confronted you about it and blamed your employee. My issue isn't with your employee. All of the employees that I've worked with from your company have been excellent. The issue is you which is why I named you directly. It is the reason why I told you that I would rather work with a different company that has integrity. Your reputation means nothing to the individuals you try to scam.
