My husband and myself used Logans Electric to move an old outdated electrical box, and have it upgraded. From the second the technician Chris arrived at our house, he was on point. Knowledgeable, efficient, polite, answers any questions we have had, professional, excellent in trouble shooting,
skilled, the list goes on and on.
Another technician, Caleb, was polite, skilled, efficient, knew exactly what he was doing,
and professional as well. Chris came back the 2nd day and has put 100% into completing the job to what I can say is perfection. Shane, along with Chris, are 2 of the best technicians I have ever had the pleasure of having in my home, doing work for us. I recently had Logan Electric replace a ceiling fan as well as repair a bathroom vanity light that was damaged and falling off the wall. The entire experience from the scheduling process to the service visit, was wonderful. All of the staff I interacted with were very friendly and professional. The technicians showed up on time and completed the work in a timely manner. They even went one step further and took the time to explain to me the scope of the work they performed and to make sure I was satisfied with their work. Logan Electrical was consulted to install a Level 2 EV charger at my residence. The experience of the staff was valuable in ensuring I selected the correct type and placement of the charger. The technician doing the install was able to free up breaker box space to ensure a large enough breaker was available to power the charger. Workmanship was great, and the price was very reasonable. Logan Electric provides excellent service, the pricing is reasonable and Shane and his crew are simply the nicest people to work with. They listen, troubleshoot and fix the issues quickly and efficiently. Their vehicles are well stocked so they always have whatever part is needed. I feel so fortunate to have found such a quality contractor. We bought an aging house that needed major upgrades and as different issues have cropped up (K-HOV construction fiasco on Harrison Rd. that cut the power to our development) they have helped us get those issues fixed as well.
