We have been using Accel for a couple of years and are consistently happy with the results. We live in a very heavily wooded area and the number of pesky spiders and other bugs found in the house is essentially none. When we notice a pattern of seeing a few bugs, we get a break through treatment timely and it remedies the issue. Our tech, Kevin, is always timely, professional and thorough! He never misses a spot and even completely fixed a mouse problem we discovered last year in our downstairs living area before it got out of hand.

10/10 would recommend this company, but only ask for Kevin! He’s so punctual and professional. He gets the job done and is very informative when it comes to follow ups. If we ever need additional assistance he is there to help out. The residents also love him, he gives them tips and advice on how to maintain their home after each spray. We have had residents call us just to thank Kevin for his service.

I chose Accel when I had a minor termite issue due to positive reviews. Their service started out well enough. They installed termite bait stations around the property with a yearly warranty/inspection to ensure that there were no lingering issues.

After a year, someone came out to the house to inspect the bait stations and apparently peeked in one or two out front before leaving and saying no activity was spotted. The second year, no technician came to the house but they indicated that they had come to the property, inspected the stations, and found no activity. At that time, I canceled our contract. A technician came to reclaim the bait stations and failed to actually find and remove multiple of them.

That's my experience. Initial service and interaction went well, but I was displeased with everything afterwards. Customer service was pleasant at least, even if it might have been nice to be able to cancel without having to talk to multiple people.

I wasn't going to leave a review, but I received numerous texts asking me to give public feedback. So, here you go!
