In the past week I have called Mitchell Pest Services several times for information. Each time that I called I was greeted by Jay who was most pleasant to speak with. Jay had the most pleasant customer service voice, tone and manner. I appreciated the service that Jay provided me with. In addition to that on this past Friday technician Eugene serviced my home. Eugene was very knowledgeable and professional. I could truly tell that Eugene cared about getting my problem resolved and leaving me with peace of mind. So far my experience with Mitchell Pest Control has been top notch. For many of us when we have a bad customer service experience we share it . I wanted to follow the same for this customer service experience that I am well pleased with.

I've been with Mitchell Pest for few years. In general, they've been responsive, unfortunately they were not doing a good job last year. As a result, we've had to live with bugs inside the house since last fall until recently.
This year instead, for the second and the third service for mosquitos I've got overcharged. Talking to customer representative, Mitchell, he told me that the price increased but I wasn't notified. However, because I've been with them for a while he offered to keep the older price.

I can’t say enough good things about the experience with Mitchell Pest Services. First, the customer service by Chelsea was easy and seamless. We had a bunch of wasps and thought there was a nest somewhere. They found 6 wasp nests around our house!!!

Good service isn’t easy to find around here, but these folks are hitting on all cylinders. No need to look elsewhere, I did it for you and wasted about two weeks with other local companies.
