Bruce showed up today to finish our termite Prevention installation. He knocked softly on the door to let me know he was here and would be here a short time. After he finished installing units, he verified that everything around the house was covered, and let me know that he was done. I would like to thank Bo, Robert, Ty, Bruce and Pearson for the great job they did on 6/21/24 to help pest proof my house. In spite of the high heat and humidity, they kept right on working for many hours until the job was done. It was heavy, dirty work during very hot, sticky weather but they just kept going. Sigma has been great to us! They are always super professional, thorough and friendly!

Our most recent technician Alex went above and beyond. It was our first time having him here, and he was very detailed about what he would be doing, how to keep the pets safe and I appreciated the thoroughness of his emailed report. He was sure to mention that he avoided our garden areas and pet toys!

I also want to shout out Eddie, who did most of our services in the very beginning. We moved into a home that we did not know had roaches when we bought it! Yuck!!! But he was so dedicated to get them all out, and kept returning until there was absolutely no trace of them. He was very personable, respectful and really educated us on how to help the process work faster, and how to keep us safe from the germs they often carry. It was a very stressful time for us and he was encouraging and adamant that he would completely get rid of them and he did!

We are very thankful to Sigma for what they do, and for their great customer service!
