Will D, Alex M, and Daryonte (Tae) did an amazing job making all of my things fit in the pod. They handled everything carefully, strategically placing items to maximize the space while keeping everything protected. This is the second HUNKS team I've seen in action, and the first I've hired. Both times I have been impressed at the professionalism and great attitudes, as well as how quickly they work. My job was slated to take 4 hours and the guys finished it in 2.5. Will was in just his third week as team captain but smoothly broke down the expenses so there were no unpleasant surprises, only pleasant ones. I hired this company to move my 3 BR house on June 16, 2024. Three young men showed up with one med size truck. The workers were very nice and professional; the biggest problem was the movers DESTROYED my 85" Samsung TV, which I told them was valued at $3,000.00. I also asked the supervisor for additional coverage for the TV, as soon as they arrived at my home, before anything was touched, however he DID NOT HONOR that request. I also provided the movers with the original foam padding, which the TV was packaged in when I purchased it. The movers only used the foam for the corners, not the one which protected the screen, which is where the impact occurred. I put a damage claim in, and was ONLY awarded $300.00, of which I had to pay another mover $125.00 to move the damaged TV from the second floor to the garage. I then attempted to speak to someone from the company, however they stopped ALL COMMUNICATION with me. I then filed a complaint with the BBB to include all receipts/photographs, however College Hunks REFUSED to answer/participate with the inquiry, and NEVER ANSWERED the BBB. I now have to file a "Civil Claim for Money," to sue College Hunks in open court for their negligence in safeguarding my property. Their ridiculous logic with the insulting cash they awarded me has something to do with the weight of my TV. If this company could not replace my TV, they should not have TOUCHED it. Per this logic I was awarded $3.00.00 per pound for my TV., this is absurd, if they destroyed my Vintage OMEGA watch, (Valued at $6,000.00) would they have paid me thirty cents, because the watch only weighs 110 grams. College Hunks took advantage of me as a customer. The next issues are quick, I feel the entire move was underestimated. The work was not to exceed 5/6 hours, but took almost 8, the workers had to call three additional workers, and another moving truck. Then they damaged the walls of my house, (Built 3 months ago) as they carried my property upstairs.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, I would have been better off paying a couple of the guys cutting the grass in my neighborhood.

THE BEST! I can’t recommend College Hunks more! The guys (Adam, Robert, Tim) were so helpful, professional, safe (they constantly were talking through moving items down the stairs, around fragile items, etc) and so considerate. We were donating tons of furniture and several bags of clothing to
Goodwill, but had no way of getting it there. College Hunks to the rescue!!

Noah, Kshitej, Deon, Matthew, Tank These guy were phenomenal and busted their buttons getting our move down and most of our stuff was super heavy. We are a navy family and These guys went above and beyond any moving team we have had before. I already have recommended College Hunks to a friend!
