The Hale team has been very professional, friendly and skilled in doing the annual service for my generator. The office sends me the annual notice and then I send it back by email. then they schedule the service and come when they say. The Technicians have been neat, skilled and friendly to answer my questions and give me tips. Great service. Thanks!

Bought my Generac Whole House Generator through them in 2017 and they have explained every question I have ever asked them thoroughly. Always available. Keep my generator in excellent condition at all times. Very friendly, punctual and highly professional. Life is great with a Generac and Hale's Electrical Service, Inc to keep it running that way. The purchase and installation experience was about as smooth as it could be. From the initial purchase to the administrative staff staying in constant contact, to the installation and start up to our regular maintenance calls--Hale Yes Generators has made the entire process a pleasure! Very trustworthy and reliable generator and electrical service company!

*** Update 1/12/2024: Hale's service was just out yesterday for another regular generator service and nothing has changed from my initial review. The service and office support (Jessica, Elizabeth, Stacey and Miss Tonya all make sure your issue or concern are addressed ASAP!) is better than ever and the one thing I would recommend is the purchase of the service plan so you do not have to worry over the last time you had your generator serviced or an unexpected battery failure, etc. Hale's service will make sure that your unit has fresh synthetic oil and a new filter every 6 months. Plus, they run your unit for a good long while-- checking to make sure everything is running smoothly. I highly recommend Hale Yes Electrical and Generac generators. (had Generac in FL for 20+ years and other than necessary battery replacement and 6 month service and oil changes --the generator came on when power failed and having A/C in FL during or after a hurricane is so critical- same with having heat if temps dropped below freezing here! Sort of like auto/homeowner insurance- we do not overly concern ourselves with the coverage until it is time to make a claim- then we expect to have excellent coverage! Hearing the generator start up within seconds of the power failing is a huge relief!
