Overall

25,000 sqft light industrial / flex / office space in Loudoun County, VA - Occupied Nov. 2023.

Patrick and Donelle were immensely patient with our ever changing needs.

We threw a very hard project at them of designing a high end luxury showroom, with office space, a stone gallery and state of the art stone fabrication equipment. This required learning the needs of our niche industry, the very picky Loudoun County codes and dealing with our variations as our vision for the future of our business and second home changed as budgets and costs shifted.

Designing for a unique building like this during the post-covid inflationary environment was a (hopefully) once in a life-time event and they powered through it unfaltering and stuck with us until the end.

We hosted our grand opening and have had numerous general contractors, builders, designers and architects through our space at this point and not one has left without being in awe of some feature of the building.

Other firms certainly wouldn't have been as accommodating to our unique needs and Donelle and Patrick definitely put in the hard work to ensure we got our dream.

Overall

Patrick and his team were fantastic to work with, from the initial "I don't know what I want, other than a bigger kitchen" meeting to the implementation of the final plans. They worked with our contractor and were responsive to questions and possible alterations throughout, and the results were beautiful. I recommend Studio Z very highly!

Overall

We worked with Patrick Zampetti at Studio Z when we opened our gym. This was our first experience with a facility design and build-out so we had lots of fears and concerns. Thankfully Patrick put us at ease with his knowledge, experience and professionalism. He has done this for decades so he was able to point out so many things we wouldn't have even thought of.
Looking back after 5 years of operating our business and there isn't a single thing we think we missed or should have done differently with our layout and design.
I would highly recommend Studio Z for anyone looking for an architect to help with their home or business.
