Tyler put in recess lights for my cousin. He was on time, very knowledgeable and professional. He's efficient and very clean. The finish product is awesome. He's very personable and polite. I'm just here visiting. However if I lived in Richmond or if Tyler lived on the Eastern Shore, I would refer him to everyone. EXCELLENT JOB!!

We had an issue with wiring in our basement that was causing part of our basement lights to not work. Tyler was able to come out to our house quickly and fixed the issue within an hour of being there. He is very professional and I would recommend Dify Electrical!

Service was top notch quick and professional. One of my breakers was out and my AC was not working. I called DIFY at 8 AM on a Saturday, Tyler arrived at 11 and the issue was fixed by 11:30. He even put the AC on a different breaker to decrease the chance of the issue happening again and replaced the outlet that caused the issue. Saved my house from turning into a sauna in the 94% heat. 5/5

Had an electrical issue throughout my house on a Sunday afternoon, called 4 different places and was blow off, called Dify and they managed to get someone out to my house same day a few hours later. They charged hourly and my technician didn’t waste time fixing the issue right away and attempting to fix or assist in any other electrical issues I had while going out of their way to be mindful of the time so they wouldn’t charge me extra. Extremely respectful and efficient would recommend greatly

I was having issues with the lighting in my business, Dify was recommended so I called and they were out the SAME day to check things out and then returned the next day to start the repairs. While working on the lights they found further issues that could cause my business great harm and recommended the proper fix for me to send to my leasing agent. I have been having lighting issues for some time and no one else took the time to fully investigate the issue. I am so thankful that Tyler is helping us prevent a fire hazard!!

I have been without electricity in several of my rooms for over 6 months! I had 1 other electrician come out to see what the problem was at. When he left, I still had no power in these rooms. Today, I tell you, Mr, Tyler Watts got my power on all through my house. He didn't give up on locating the problem. I'm so happy I could cry. He not only found and fixed the problem he went way beyond by replacing every outlet that appeared to be about to go bad. I'm so grateful for him. Thank you Tyler!

Can't say enough good things about these guys. Tyler clearly knows his stuff. He came out very quickly to my old house and diagnosed and took care of some old wiring. He let me know what needed replacing and went over costs and options before doing anything. Definitely a good experience, will recommend to friends.

I cannot say enough great things about this company!
We have a very old house that was recently remodeled and the electrical was just not up to the task. I contacted a few companies and something kept telling me that DIFY was the way to go. I am so glad that I listened to that inner voice! They were amazing!
They replaced and upgraded the electrical panel, installed a much needed whole home surge protector, and repositioned and rewired a few light switches and outlets so that we stopped tripping breakers.
Super friendly and personable, honest, hard working and beyond fair prices.
ABSOLUTELY GOING TO USE THEM AGAIN!!!!

Homeowners Beware!!!!!! On August 5, 2022, DIFY Electrical came out to service an electrical concern, specifically to repair the light in the master bedroom closet. To access the issue Tyler and his apprentice went up to the attic. While in the attic, the young apprentice fell through the floor leaving a huge gaping hole in the ceiling. And while Tyler and his apprentice started the repair and damages caused by them, they have not returned or given us help and support to finish/complete the job. We have tried many many times over the past few weeks to contact the company to determine next steps and complete repairs (again damages caused by the company) but have been unsuccessful in our efforts. The company is not returning our calls or messages and it’s such a disservice and disappointment. Homeowners beware!!!!!!!
