We got a few different quotes from a few companies around Richmond and Hurricane was responsive to our questions and had great pricing. Not the cheapest, but they weren't pushy and worked through our funky front yard layout with ease to give us a quote.

We signed and they were out within the next few days to install. And they knocked out the project in a day!

We are so happy with it! We were referred from our next door neighbor and now the neighbor on the other side is going to hire them as well! :)

I did the research and got 4 estimates. Hurricane Fencing wasn't the least expensive but I liked the way Dave Lawson presented himself and the company. They were prompt, arriving within 2 weeks to complete a wooden fence on one side of my property with a gate over my driveway to match the other side of my property as I requested to Dave Lawson. I even showed him and he agreed and wrote it in the agreement. Brian and Jose, a two man crew, showed up on a sweltering hot day to my amazement. I expected more manpower. Brian was the only English speaker. He was extremely polite. Jose was very strong and hard working! I showed Brian around as he did NOT know anything about where to place the fence or gate. I don't blame Brian for this as it is Dave Lawson's job to communicate what the client wants. Brian had NO paperwork whatsoever! So, we once again walked the outline of where I wanted the fence to go. I must add, I am going through brain cancer and Multiple Sclerosis and having difficulty walking so this wasn't easy for me. After some time I went out to check on the progress and noticed they were putting up the wrong gate materials. I asked for matching panels and even provided them. They were laying against the house next to the driveway where they were to be installed! Thank goodness I came out because they were almost done putting up a gate like the fence which I didn't ask for! Brian promptly took it down and immediately built exactly ? what I wanted! I give 5 ? to Brian and Jose for all of the hard work they put into completing the job on a 102 degree day! Brian, I see you owning your own company one day young man! Dave, you need to improve on communicating, Hurricane Fencing, no need in harassing people for a review. We'll get to it when we can.

I would highly recommend Hurricane Fence. They were on-time for all appointments and the crew that installed the fence we here promptly at 8am on the day of the install. The installation crew were incredibly proficient, polite and professional. They did an incredible job with the installation and took great care in cleaning up in between each stage of the installation. I also appreciated their flexibility as I changed my requirements a couple times prior to installation. The entire organization should be proud of the work they do, the communication they provide and the product they produce! GREAT JOB!
