Overall

Excellent service! Had a hot water heater replaced. They came out to quote next business day and provided multiple quotes for multiple systems so l could pick the best option for my family and financial needs. Pricing was extremely competitive compared to other plumbers and the crew was friendly, quick, and cleaned up well after the project was complete. I will definitely use them in the future!

Wow. Where do I start. Miracles after miracles

I called on The Plumbing Officials for a water leak. They promptly came out and not only fixed the problem but replaced my entire bathroom and installed a shower in a half bath that did not have one. I mean like created me a full bathroom. Their creativity surpassed my expectations. Not only was it phenomenal but it was done very quickly. I will definitely be using The Plumbing Officials for my future plumbing needs. My dream bathroom with No plumbing short cuts! Thank you TPO!!!

Overall

Had an issue with our shower drain and Khalil came out and did a phenomenal job of fixing it. He also provided some great advice on how to prevent future issues and diagnosed some other problems that we may need to address at some point, but not at that time. I highly recommend Khalil and his time for any plumbing services.

Khalil and Zakarriya recently came out to diagnose some plumbing issues in our newly-purchased home. They were professional, clearly knowledgeable, transparent, and personable. They walked me through exactly what they were doing, and gave the price upfront before checking that it was OK to proceed. I can’t recommend the Officials enough, and look forward to working with them in the future!

I emailed The Plumbing Officials through their website form late last night because my garbage disposal was leaking. I was doubtful anyone would get back to me since frequently those forms aren’t the best for getting a call back. I was totally surprised when they emailed me bright and early a 2 hour time slot for today, which I accepted immediately. Dinessa at the office was lovely, keeping me continually apprised of when to expect a tech to be at my home. Then Khalil showed up and was so professional and quick to diagnose and fix the problem. I had a new garbage disposal in about an hour AND at a great price. I highly recommend this company and Khalil in particular.

Wonderful experience with the Plumbing Officials. I was given a free quote on site and the job was done for a very reasonable price. Khalil was so helpful and kind. He even gave me some advice on some things to have on hand as a homeowner. Really recommend them! 10/10 service and hard to find someone you can trust these days, but I really felt I could trust them to not overcharge or swindle me.

I used this company twice. The first time was satisfaction. The second time was horrible. Be aware this company is a scam from the CEO to the technicians. The technician they use was a big liar and dishonest if you have a plumbing need stay away far away from this company.

Our experience with the plumbing officials was absolutely amazing. Joe, who we worked with, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. We needed a new custom shower installed because the old one was falling apart and wasn't installed properly by the previous homeowners. Joe guided us through the entire process and was always available to answer any questions we had. Additionally, he ensured that all the work was permitted.

Unfortunately, we were still experiencing backups in the shower even after the new plumbing was installed. Joe discovered that the old cast iron coming into the house was completely rotten, which was causing the backup. Joe and his team promptly returned and fixed the issue. After a few weeks of hard work, we are finally up and running. Joe and the team at the plumbing officials are truly professional, and their pricing is extremely fair. They have earned our trust and are now our go-to plumbers.
