Mario with Livewire recently came and upgraded my church’s audio system. It was dated and needed some work. Throughout the whole process, Mario was there to help! The impact the new audio system has made during worship is amazing! If you need a trustworthy and kind person to come do your church’s AV and production, Mario’s your guy!

We reached out to Livewire back in February when we decided to upgrade our home theater setup. A company that Livewire later acquired did the original setup for us in 2006, and it served us well over the years, but we were more than ready to upsize our tv screen and catch up to the latest technology for live TV and streaming (a big leap forward!). We decided to replace our existing entertainment wall unit to accommodate a 65-inch TV, and after working with Andre (sales) at Livewire to develop the upgrade plan and equipment selections, we ordered a custom-made wall unit that provided the necessary dimensions. Knowing that it would take 90-120 days to have the wall unit manufactured and delivered, Livewire ordered all of our equipment and components (television, Apple TV streaming device, Sonos sound equipment) and held them in their warehouse. The install was scheduled shortly after the wall unit was delivered and in place. Bill and Jeff completed the install over several hours and did a great job. They were extremely knowledgeable, had everything working perfectly before they left, and gave us a good tutorial on the functionality and features of our new equipment and upgraded services. We are really enjoying everything! Andre, Bill and Jeff were very responsive and great to work with. We would highly recommend Livewire! Can't wait for college football on the 65-inch HD screen!

Grant came and quickly solved our control problem. He was very competent and friendly. He rates a 5 star. The problem involved response time; it took them several days to respond. As a whole, they are a 5 star company.

From the start, Livewire was great. Andre from sales and I walked through every option that would work for my situation. Having not installed a 5.1 system in the last 15 years, I was glad to have to his knowledge and expertise, especially as I continued to make changes to the order. When delivery and installation day arrived, Sam and Andre (the tech, not sales Andre) arrive promptly and went right to work until they realized we were struggling to jump start my wife's car. With their help, she was on the road and all was well. The TV installation was above and beyond. I thought we'd have to run wires behind the wall, but Sam and Andre were able to keep the wires hidden and install the TV at the perfect height and angle without cutting into the wall, saving both time and money. I am incredibly impressed with the level of care and service I received from Livewire and Sam and Andre. I hope everyone has the same experience I had.
