We have purchased three different stair chairs (indoor and outdoor) from Area Access, and Tyler and Nate are always very prompt with setup, service and general responsiveness. I highly recommend them!

I have had trouble with my stairlift in the year since it was installed last August. Getting service is a problem because they are understaffed and perhaps not too well organized. They are very nice, though, and I love the chair when it works properly. 8/2/23
