Overall

When we purchased our home, along with the property next door, it was situated on 3 lots, which is a hassle having multiple tax accounts with the City. We hired Balzer & Associates to survey the land, some of which is heavily forested, in order to vacate the lines and make it one parcel.

Balzer sent out a professional young man who was respectful, and didn't trample our flower beds. He spoke highly of the company, telling us that Balzer trained him to be a Surveyor and that he liked the work.

A few weeks later, we went down to review the plans for submittal to the City. Everything went smoothly. I would hire them again.

Recently I needed my property surveyed after moving into my home a year ago and a neighbor next to me was telling me where my property line is without any documentations so I took it upon myself and called Balzer & Associates who were highly recommended and they was very professional from the first phone call to the service done. I definitely will recommend them always.

Extremely over priced. It cost us $657.00 an acre to have it surveyed. Two property lines were already marked. We were quoted at one price and received a bill for $4,000.00 more. We payed almost $20,000.00 for our survey for our home and property. Not recommended.
