Can’t say enough great things about this company. They are family owned and have been around since I can remember needing work done which was first 30 years ago. They took care of my roof, siding, and deck in 2022 on my personal home. I have more work with my rentals to do and they will be taking care of that as well. Give these folks a chance to earn your business, well worth it.

Dealing with Cook Siding and Window was the single worst experience I have ever had with a home improvement project. They were a nightmare. Below is a detailed timeline of our experience with this company. Please take a moment to read about our experience before you decide to give these people your hard-earned money. Also attaching pictures to show the "quality" of their work.

-Contracted CSW to replace porch roof, wrap all windows in aluminum, replace soffit/facia and gutters on entire house.
-After 5 months of waiting, called to request our deposit back and they promised to have someone start the project the following day. One guy showed up the next day to replace the porch roof.
-Several people worked in small bits for several days on the roof and the aluminum wrap for the windows. And eventually stopped coming. No portion of the project was actually completed.
-In the gap, we noticed how bad the work actually was
-Left a voicemail with the main office and texted sales manager pictures of work. Asked that all work stop until they called me to discuss the status of the project. After several weeks, no one called me or contacted me.
-A friend who is an attorney recommended we contact Cook one last time to set up a meeting to discuss the project and our concerns
-Meet several weeks later with Cook Sales Manager and Project Manager
-Told them that we only wanted to finish the portion of the project that had been started, we wanted it finished in a timely and professional manner and we wanted to negotiate a new price for the work. They agreed to everything without hesitation. Said they would put their "best" guy on the job and would have it completed up to standard the following week. They stood in our yard discussing everything that had been done wrong and assured me they could do it right.
-The project lead called me the following week (their "best guy"). Said he didn't really think the job was that bad and he wanted to just "get it done since we had been waiting so long". I said absolutely not. It had to be done correctly. I spoke with him several times over the course of the next few weeks. He never did any actual work on the house. By the end, he told me his schedule had changed and he wouldn't be the one working on the house--it would be more subcontractors. I told him that was not what was promised at our earlier meeting. I then spoke with the sales manager. She said she, the project lead and the sub contractors would show up that Saturday to finish the job.
-They came that day, worked about an hour and left without saying anything and no explanation was given for leaving.
-The following week, the project lead texted me about having the wrong tools and they would be back to finish. He also said he was dropping off more materials needed to finish the job.
-That was the last thing I heard from Cook
-I called the sales manager several times in the following weeks but she would no longer answer or return my calls. I finally texted her to fire Cook completely and request our full deposit back.
-She agreed to return our money, less $2000 for the metal on the roof. I said that was unacceptable. She herself said the roof was installed incorrectly. It was obvious to me and anyone who looked at it that it was not right. It was custom cut metal. I said it was worthless since it wasn't installed correctly.
-She insisted that the roof was now fine and only needed an "hours worth of work" to finish. She told me they were scheduled to come the next day. I could either have them come and finish or I could cancel the job and pay for the metal. I canceled the job.
-I rejected their offer of a partial refund since I know the roof was installed incorrectly and the metal has no value.
-We hired a lawyer to draw up a demand letter requesting our full deposit back. Cook's only response was to send a check less the $2000 for the metal they cut incorrectly.
-We have since had to have all of the metal they installed removed and the project completely redone.

Highly recommend!!! These guys are more than fair and they are very informative and efficient. They also clean up their messes when job is finished. Cory is accurate at giving estimates. This is a great family owned company they have done more than 10 jobs for me

I have used CSW for years & bought over 15 window's from them at this point. They are all great to deal with and offer very quality products at an affordable price. Today I bought 7 windows from them for a tiny house build I am doing. Tyler & Silas (in the stock room) helped me pick out my windows & search for the correct size & they also helped me load them which was very much appreciated because these were heavy windows. I could not recommend Cook Siding and Windows more! Keep up the good work guys!

Cook Siding is an amazing partner to our business! They are always an absolute joy to work with. The people that represent Cook Siding from top to bottom are undoubtedly top notch. One example I could think of that embodies this is their delivery driver Silas. He always comes into our branch with a smile on his face and makes everyone's day better. Hearing his stories of going above and beyond to take care of Cook's customers are always great to hear!
