Although I declined the repair I still had a good experience.
My dryer wouldn't turn on so Tim was sent to take a look. I had dome some troubleshooting myself but Tim did a more thorough job and found the dryer had a faulty timer. However the cost of that part alone drove up the cost of the repair to the point where I'd be better off buying new dryer.
But Tim gave me the part number and a few stores to check for a cheaper price for the part. He also offered to come back if I needed help with install, I'd just have to pay for labor.
I was able to find the part myself and install it on my own. Now my dryer is working again.
Even though I chose not to let them do the repair, I could justify the $125 service call fee for the troubleshooting and part advice that I received.

Thank you for the great experience it was amazing.. he took his shoes off at the door and put on shoes covers the moment he did that he won my heart . He was very accommodating he didn’t make noise as my toddler was sleeping . the service was good and he was to me same day.. being to a news state where you have to find the handy men all over again to do the work for you, i will definitely be calling Mr. appliance back for all my household appliance needs thank you again !
