Great company! Professional, friendly, came out quickly and replaced our garage door within days. They gave us multiple quotes and worked with our budget! I greatly appreciate the impeccable service that was provided and will continue to do all garage door services with Lion in the future!

If not for Dannel and the kind lady that takes the service calls, I would be leaving a 1 star review! Anthony came to install my door and he wanted to leave it in poorer condition than it was when he arrived. He suggested that we manually open and close our new installed door when the opener was functioning before the install. Additionally, the door required a bracket that didn’t come with the door. Without it the door would buckle and bend. Again, Anthony did not want to fix it. He wanted us to request a new work order and pay more money. My husband was NOT happy at the way that day went. Anthony and the other guy left the work undone. Dannel, however, wanted to ensure we were happy as we had paid $3200 on a door that we felt should be properly installed and working. He stayed behind and. affixed the bracket making sure our door opener properly functioned. Dannel understands how to deal with people that are trusting a company with their hard earned money. We appreciate him seeing it through to the end and are ultimately happy. The customer service representative i spoke to was also very sweet and helpful. She was genuinely concerned with our issue and made sure we were attending to immediately to fix the issues. Overall I am happy that there was staff on hand that actually cared about their work and their customers.

Overall

Raymond was excellent and fast.
Skilled technician with 30 years experience.
Showed up exactly when they said.
Raymond took extra time to go over the maintenance needed specific to my garage door.
Would highly recommend Raymond as your tech.

Price was to be expected, always wish it could be less. But seemed reasonably priced.

William did great installing the 2 Genie garage door openers that we had previously purchased. We have a tall garage and he installed them as nicely as he could so they wouldn't be an eye sore. Thanks for the awesome work! Will definitely have them servicing any repairs or maintenance that may need to be done in the future!

Overall

First time in need of garage repair. We decided to go with a local business and this one stood out for the good reviews, so we decided to give it a chance. Scheduling a next day appointment was easy. We were fortunate to have Tobias as the technician who responded to the call. He was incredibly knowledgeable, courteous, and professional! Did a great job with the repair and if we need assistance again, we will try to request him by name if that’s an option. Ironically, he was not the technician’s name that was provided to us when we scheduled the appointment. Not sure what caused the change, but worked in our favor.
