I do not like posting unfortunate news and wish I had a better review to post. I had Creative Conservation do open cell spray foam of my upstairs attic. My experience was ultimately good up to the point when I came home to find my door unlocked and left open, trash and insulation in the yard, piles of debris stacked in the attic and nails left all over the floor that should have been thrown out. They must have been in a rush to leave because it was on a Friday. I spent part Saturday and a lot of my Sunday cleaning up what should have been thrown out. I was not happy to spend my day off work cleaning up after grown men.

On a positive note, I feel the insulation portion of the job (the important part) was done very well. I was very impressed with that aspect of the job and believe if they didn’t have time to clean up it was likely because they spent more time doing an excellent job with the spray foam work. They were meticulous in not covering up important outlets and windows and very thorough

I’m thinking this was a rare experience because I have heard very good things about this company and they came highly recommended.

A.J. arrived at my home, to appraise and give me the total cost to remove the existing fiberglass insulation beneath the floor, and replaced it with their foam insulation. He was very knowledgeable and polite. I accepted the offer. A date was set for the job to begin.

The crew, (Jose, Juan and David), both thoroughly and meticulously removed the old vapor barrier, and the insulation behind it.

Next, the crew came back and installed the spray, foam insulation.

The completed job was far nicer than I had expected. After The day after they left, I crawled under my house, to check-out the job. Stunning!! Every inch of space between the floor joists was filled, and the depth of the expanding foam was consistent throughout.

Jose, Juan and David were all very friendly, and explained exactly what they were going to do. Very professional.

Overall, I give them a 5 out of 5.
