To all who care,i’ve been working with Ocean Drywall as senior foreman ,for almost 2 years now and they are hands-down the best company I have been with in my 27+ years in the industry.
Construction is hard work,This being said it’s a lot easier to write bad review than it is to put in the hard work/effort that it takes to be the great worker that these few reviewers thought they were.

This place is full of inconsiderate people. They let me drive 2 hours to buy a truck that wasn't there. I called ahead to make sure we were good and the lazy lady at the desk told me yea its here and when I showed up there was nothing. 4 hours round-trip wasted on these people

Bad leadership! At the top there is very poor communication. At the foreman level, I worked with many experienced installers that became foreman. I walked alongside many of them to help them grow and learn, however the other so called leaders of the company would dog them, curse them, etc. Apparently being nice and having morals won’t keep you employed here.

This company follows no true ethic. If you want a company that works with integrity, and grit this isn’t the company you want to hire. Behind the scenes their workers and constantly intoxicated, no one intends to do quality work, they’re just there for a pay check. Jojo Searle is demeaning to the people under him and the owner Tony is never truly present. Casey at VA beach location is the office manager/HR/Payroll/ whatever else her roles are is complacent and has no interest in the affairs of employees that have true concerns, she does the absolute bare minimum. I’m not sure what value this company was founded upon, however with the project managers and leadership this company has driving them now, it is out of pure greed.
