I called yesterday for a repair visit on the downstairs unit. The appointment was set originally for next week, but they called back today and worked us in today in anticipation of the heat wave this weekend. Techs, Mike and Devin, were very professional, courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable. We were the last call of their long day and they took the time to make sure everything was working, including maintenancing our upstairs unit as well. I highly recommend Advantage Heating. We always get great service!

Advantage installed the HVAC systems in my home when it was constructed in 2011. I have had a maintenance contract with them ever since we purchased the home at the end of that year. Their technicians are outstanding! Today, Derrick F did semiannual maintenance on our two systems. He was professional, highly competent and very thorough. He is a joy to work with and I highly recommend him and Advantage Heating & Cooling!
Update to my review: My upstairs HVAC system quit working during the hot Memorial Day Weekend (2024). I called Advantage and Michael P was dispatched to my home. Michael quickly diagnosed the problem and got our system running beautifully again! Michael is a real pleasure to work with. He has a lot of valuable experience and is super smart. I highly recommend him and Advantage Heating & Cooling!

We had a big temperature imbalance between rooms on our second floor. Technician Mike P. Was able to come out and diagnose the problem, and then was able to come back just a few days later with all the materials to correct the issue. Our second floor has never felt so even in temperature, we are really grateful for his help and expertise. Amanda in the office also made scheduling easy and is very friendly. Thank you!

Advantage installed HVAC in our new construction home. A/C wasn’t working a year after we moved in. Advantage said our warranty was expired. Tech advised doing a leak test. Tech couldn’t find a leak. Was charged an exorbitant service fee, leak test fee, refrigerant fee.

This should have been covered under warranty because the system didn’t magically spring a leak one year after they installed it. They should stand behind their work.
