Back Bay always comes through in a pinch. Despite a recent hiccup with a tech, this company is professional, prompt, courteous and efficient. Definitely deserves the 5 stars.

We have used Back Bay Pest for years. Initially their services were excellent. Unfortunately over the years, there has been a steady decline in the quality of service. The exterior cleaning of webs and dead pests has become very poor. I was present for the last exterior visit and the technician stayed for less than 15 minutes. When checking his work, there were spider webs in easily accessible areas such as deck railings and lower soffits and gutters. The front entrance way looked as if it was not even done. Upper areas of the house appeared not to be attended to. I called and told the company of the poor work. I was told this would be added to my ticket . I had assumed that a technician would come by to remedy the situation. None has arrived.

I have hired a new service and will be cancelling Back Bay Pest services.
