I strongly recommend that you do your research on this company OUTSIDE of Google. To my Military friends, please don’t do it. I’m currently making payment for the contracts I canceled due to the unprofessionalism from the owner. The judge ordered me to pay off my contracts since what happened didn’t displayed the quality of the products. Once you signed that contract then you will be hooked. I couldn’t dealt with the way the owner speaks to people. I wished I had did more research.

Jon was great! Our experience with the company I has been amazing. We were scammed by another pest company and when Jon came out he assured us the problem was not nearly as big as we were told and set us up on a plan to ensure it doesn’t get bigger. It’s not very common to interact with a company that puts their integrity above making money off of a naive first time homeowner. We 110% recommend bug masters !! Thank you for everything!

We had an individual call us today from Bug Masters, LLC to warn us about paying our bill. We simply asked how do we pay the bill and were berated on being bad customers, not paying our bills and wouldnt even take the time to simply provide the best way to pay the bill. Ready to pay the bill, but being schooled on how to be a good customer is not something we will tolerate, when we were simply trying to pay the bill. We will gladly have you cancel our service.

I called Bug Masters at 8:45 pm and they got back to me by 9pm. Cody was very upfront in what would be included and how the payments would go. He was at my house by 7:15am the next morning and was professional and helpful in explaining what would happen next. He was very thorough. Explained a few different ways we could block the hole in our closet to help keep things out.
