I have been with Southern Pest Control for the last 3 years. They go above and beyond to ensure great customer service and satisfaction. I really can't say enough good things about this company! They always show up on time and are professional, personable, and courteous. Communication is easy, whether it be over the phone or in person. And most importantly, NO FREAKING BUGS! ? Most recently, I was highly impressed once again when my tech Matt came out for a scheduled renewal inspection and treatment, (even though we had torrential downpours and the city of Suffolk had issued a severe weather warning). He showed up right on time with a big smile and and just shrugged about the rain, like it wasn't a thing. He went about his inspection and treatment smoothly and efficiently, and even took his time to engage in a little conversation, despite it being the last appointment of the day when he no doubt (but didn't let on) wanted to get home to his family and dry clothes. STELLAR customer service, and top-of-the-line treatments. Oh and did I mention? NO FREAKING BUGS!! ? Love these guys ...HIGHLY recommend! ?

Not really happy and won't renew. Had a scheduled appointment and they canceled an hour prior and said they would call to reschedule. Did you really thing we would get a call? A good company would call and say hey, sorry, we couldn't make it today, but can we reschedule? And I have recommended people in the past, well no more.
