Dissatisfied. I've been getting service from Universal for about 13 years. They have been good about scheduling inspections, coming out, accepting payment. Then, it comes time to sell my house and I find out I have (inactive) wood destroying fungus, water damage, need multiple beams replaced, to the tune of $5k. Seems I should have heard something about this some time over the past decade. This all delivered with a sketchy double-speak sales pitch and pressure to pay immediately. Noncommittal answers have been the norm during my recent interactions. When I get a second opinion about the need for repairs, I'm informed that fewer repairs are required.
Additionally, pest control services result in continued pests. Suboptimal, in my opinion.
Chawn was very knowledgeable and professional when servicing my home. He took the time to listen and answer my questions and gave great recommendations. Looking forward to having him service my home again.

Chaun showed up within the designated time period. He was friendly and asked if I had any particular concerns, and gave those areas special attention. Great service, and he was nice to my dog!

I would highly recommend Universal Pest and Termite. I had my vents cleaned and sanitized and Jacob did an outstanding job. He explained everything that he was going to do and was very meticulous. Today, I am getting clean fresh air out of my vents and my dryer vent is operating at normal standards. I will call on Universal Pest and Termite again to do my annual cleaning and pest control.

A great company, we had rats in the attic and got quotes from 5 different companies, they were the most affordable and most inclusive option. They sanitized the attic, sealed it off, sanitized out duct work, replaced the insulation, and now do quarterly pest services. Techs like Chawn are super friendly, great with our pets, and don’t put uncomfortable pressure on you to upgrade. When the owner had staffing issues he was always very apologetic and tried to rectify any issues. Definitely recommend!

We've been with Universal for years and every interaction with Dave Shafer has been great. He is consistent in being very personable, professional, and knowledgeable. He explained every aspect of the job he performed when he was out recently without us having to ask any questions.
