Overall

Juliet was extraordinarily helpful in re-thinking my existing space as well as what we should do with our future re-design of our kitchen. She does a great job of unearthing your sense of style through asking questions and/or making suggestions. Sometimes the hardest part is figuring that out - then the rest falls into place. I look forward to continuing to work with her as we move through our house to make it a space we love to live in!

We recently hired Juliet to design three bedrooms in our new lake cottage: one for our newborn daughter, one for our two-year-old son, and our master bedroom. Having moved from a mid-century modern house, my wife and I struggled to style our new place using our existing furniture without it looking out of place.

Juliet made the 1.5-hour drive to our house for the initial consultation and immediately impressed us with her ideas. We were so inspired by her vision that we decided to hire her for the entire project. In just a few short months, Juliet sourced beautiful rugs and unique pieces to complement our existing furniture, transforming our home completely. Now, our house truly reflects our style and design preferences while being functional for life with two small children.

I highly recommend Juliet and her services. If you're on the fence, start with a consultation—you'll be hooked. She is professional, has an excellent eye for design, and is incredibly kind and easy to work with.

I recently had a wonderful experience working with Juliet as "designer for a day". Honestly, had I been closer geographically, I might have chosen a shorter consultation, but that would have been a real missed opportunity. Having Juliet in my home, asking about how I use the space and things (art, furniture, etc.) that are most meaningful to me, just felt like she was making suggestions that were all perfectly tailored to me, my space, and the life that takes place there. Time flew by, it was so much fun talking through all the options, and hearing her talk about 'why that would serve me better over there'. At the end of the day, I had a complete and thoroughly detailed vision of what to do. Juliet is so thoughtful, creative, and has a clear desire to help her clients make the most of the space they're in. I highly recommend the 'designer for a day' service.

Overall

Juliette and the Abode experience was amazing. I consider myself a creative who loves design and interior spaces - but sometimes I just need HELP! Juliette was able to gather insight to the space and what I needed to get out of it (both practically and the vibe) with great questions and personalized service.

The final product was perfection. Small personal details, great flow, creative storage - I love how it all came together and I didn’t even have to lay a finger. Reveal day was the best, just walking into a finished space. THANK YOU JULIETTE & ABODE!

Juliet is a joy to work with. As a mom of two girls under two I needed another set of helping hands and a design eye to turn our living/dining room into a beautiful and functional space for our family. She did just that!!
