We just received expert delivery of this wonderful 10’ x 14’ shed! In December!

My neighbor recommended Elm Hill Farm and spoke highly of the owner Pete and his products after purchasing a shed a couple years ago.

After my wife and I had a pleasant consultation with Pete in the late Fall we were going to order a custom shed, but ran out of time before winter because I delayed creating the stone foundation and setting the 6 x 6 runners until after Thanksgiving. On our second visit Pete happened to have this nice shed as newly received stock unit and we went for it.

On our initial meeting, and through the process, Pete takes the time to kindly explain all the details of his products and delivery process, provided me with expert advice for the stone and treated lumber runner foundation I completed myself and is just an overall fantastic person. He provides an educational sales technique and sells an amazing product at a price no other supplier in the area can match.

Without a doubt the worse company i have ever dealt with. This place is run by an old man who should have retired years ago. He has no business sense. I tried to order a shed from him. I went three times and each time he started with a blank piece of paper because he lost my order and kept blaming it on the woman that works with him for messing up what he refers to as a filing system.

His latest lie was when i went back a fourth time because my shed wasnt in yet. Now he says he faxed everything to the builder in "hopes that they would get back to him" and he now blames the builder for not having my order 5 weeks later.

Time to lie down old man and let someone else run the business. Little pieces of paper in fifteen different locations around your store is not a filing system. And stop blaming others for your ineptness.
