Amazing service, communication, and competency, I couldn't recommend this team enough! My Kubota 35HP needed to be fixed and serviced, and I also needed help choosing the right implement to grade my roads. John the service manager provided some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. Plus Randy carefully walked me through all of the aspects of my tractor that needed to be fixed, and David shared his knowledge and expertise on the different implements based on my situation. All were patient and understanding. I highly recommend this business!

I stopped by Champlain Valley Equipment right when they opened the Essex location to inquire about buying a Stihl Kombi. Not a real expensive piece and nothing they had in stock since they just opened. HOWEVER the folks here worked with two of their stores to ensure I had what I wanted within a week. I couldn’t have been happier and am so happy to have them right next door to my State Farm office. A large majority of my customers also rave about how well they are taken care of. Thanks CVE for all you do!
