Very slow service.
Unable to respond to calls. Techs are not available to fix problems.
They need to hire more staff and be more customer focused.
Do not take on new clients till existing are happy

Very responsive to needs. Matt went above and beyond. Not only extremely competent but also eager and willing to teach system operation. Very patient and respectful. Great company.

Our system constantly gives false alarms and they do not have enough techs to deal with the number of poor quality systems they’ve installed. We have had six false alarms in the past six months. Two at night necessitated us bringing our kids to their grandparents for the night. The latest meant we missed a significant portion of our work day as we work from home and it was impossible to work with a blaring alarm going off in the house. That one we were unable to override and we had to wait and wait for them to have a technician even talk to us. Once they finally did, they gave us multiple “fixes,” none of which actually fixed the problem. They were supposed to call us back later that day, but never did, which meant we spent the night with our system disconnected and our family not protected from fire or CO. We had to pay $250 to have them come the next day, because it was a weekend. The guy cleaned the detectors, claiming the issue was that we hadn’t cleaned them properly, but apparently he was wrong because two hours later we had another false alarm. To even speak with a tech on the weekends costs $50, so we were charged ANOTHER $50 just to have the tech tell us he couldn’t come until the following week. At this point we have been charged $300 and are 3 days in with a system that doesn’t function and no ability to get a technician to come until next week. You are better off setting up your OWN system, which you could then repair and manage yourself. I can’t believe we pay hundreds of dollars a year for a system that leaves us LESS SAFE than we’d be with detectors we bought from Home Depot.

Awful service. Hardware failures aren’t fixed, the monitoring service loses messages, calls aren’t returned. I wanted to support a local business but after 5 years I’m dropping them.
