Laura was very patient and answered all of my questions regarding memorials and headstones via phone and email. She was knowledgeable about the cemetery regulations. While initially I was not satisfied after dropping in to the shop to bring in a deposit, my follow up visit was fantastic. I recommend making an appt to ensure the best service. I enjoyed working with Eric who is knowledgeable about stone and flowers and who made the process of selecting my loved one's memorial design as pleasant as possible. Ask him about his garden! You won't be disappointed.

Worst customer service I’ve experienced. I tried for months to get a phone call returned from these people. Each time I called them it went something like “I’m so sorry. That really is terrible, but there is a monument builder in the shop right now (more important client) and I will give you a call back as soon as he leaves”…. Then no call back…. I had already picked out my stone and was literally just trying to give them money to start the project. This happened 4-5 times until I finally got them on the phone to make the order. My stone is out of stock now. I should have placed the order sooner… I wasted so much time dealing with these people and it will push my move in date 1.5 -2 months. They sound very nice on the phone but beware. They don’t seem to care much for you if you just need stone for counter tops.

"It's so pretty!!!" was the text I got from my wife when she first saw our new quartz countertop. It's the second time Bianchi Stone Crafters has helped us (we also have a beautiful bathroom vanity) and the whole process couldn't have been easier. Eric showed us many, many choices and completely explained the pros and cons of each. Once we picked the quartz, fabrication and installation was quick and done perfectly and the contertop couldn't be nicer. Eric even had a great recommendation for a dark grey color to paint our cabinets that would look great with the white quartz. The new countertop has made our kitchen so much more usable and so much better! (now we just need to finish painting the cabinets). Go see Eric and Laura. We're sure you'll be pleased.
