Brian Richard at Richard Electric is extremely responsive, polite, respectful, & knowledgeable. He is extremely generous with his time answering my questions & addressing my concerns about safety, even on the smallest jobs. He is focused like a laser on customer satisfaction. I highly recommend him, he is the best! I wish I could give him more than five stars as he deserves them.

I have used this company multiple times for our business. They have done well on the majority of the jobs. There was one job where they had some younger, new people that did not meet our expectations like others have in that company. All in all, they are fair with pricing, do good work, and show up when they say they will. Sometimes it can be difficult to get in touch but in my opinion, it’s worth it.

Very poor customer service. I scheduled my appointment three weeks ago, for today 8/9/21 at 8:00am, and received a call at 7:54am that they would not be coming, and had to cancel my job because they were over booked. I completely understand people and businesses are swamped right now, but they could have honestly rescheduled a week ago, or even let me know last Friday. Not 6 minutes before they were supposed to come complete a simple install and replace some outlets and fixtures. I’ll gladly change my review if you show up in 24 hours to complete the job you told me you could do 3 weeks ago.

My problems with this company has nothing to do with our electrician who is friendly, helpful and gets the job done. My issue is with the company and the scheduling department. They were here for three days and more than a month later have yet to come back to finish the job. (The reason we chose this company in the first place is because they had told us they would be able to get the job done more quickly than another electrician.) I have called and called to have something scheduled and am often not called back when being told I would receive a call. We were told today that and electrician would arrive between 9-10. I called when no one arrived and they said they would call back in a few minutes to let me know when an electrician is planning on arriving. 3.5 hours later and I still haven't heard from them.
