Just had 4 rooms done with beautiful Armstrong wide plank wood flooring. The transformation of our home from carpet to wood floor is amazing! Everyone at Carpet Connection was a pleasure to work with. Prices were very competitive. Installers were very pleasant and very professional. They went out of their way in attending to details, even custum making thresholds and stair lips.
We used carpet connection years ago (over 10) to install carpet in our basement. After years of use, the carpet stretched and was alittle lumpy. They came out and stretched it and it is like new again. NO CHARGE. They stand by their product and installation.

I could not be more pleased. Carpet Connection was professional, on time, down to earth, and very fairly priced. Bob and Jean in the office handled the logistics, and Alan and Dan did the installation. They all worked very hard to get it done within a limited window of opportunity. Also, they did a few extra things, clearly noticeable, and did not call me up and nickel dime me, they simply went ahead and did them. I could not recommend this company more highly.

The new linoleum floor is fine - nicely aligned and carefully installed. BUT, I have a trap door in the middle of the kitchen floor (the floor that was redone) that has to be lifted to get into my basement. The installers used very flimsy hinges when they replaced that door. One was completely unusable, and I couldn't close the trap door properly. After several phone calls, the hinge was "fixed," but it wasn't, and the next time I tried to close the door, it cam completely undone. I called again, and I was told that the problem was with the wood frame. When I pointed out that the door worked fine for the 19 years I'd previously used it, I was pretty much dismissed. Now I have to find a carpenter to fix it properly. I paid real money for the installation. I'm quite disappointed.
