Little "A" did an excellent job on our stair case. The entire staff is friendly and courteous. Thy were prompt in their response and appointed times. I highly recommend their services.

Little "A" did a wonderful job restoring our 60+yr old hardwood floors. They completed our entire downstairs in one day and there was barely any dust left on our walls after sanding down the floors. Maranda was lovely to work with, and very patient with us as we delayed the start date three times. We've already recommended them to our friends in town.

I met with the owner, Armand and was really surprised by how condescending and rude he is. He kept saying how busy he was and that he didn't need my or anyone's business. I heard from other people that he is a difficult person but that he can do good work so we decided to use his company. Mistake. He rushed and did a bad job with little attention to detail. He also complained the entire time that my floors required a lot of work (7k for a days worth of work!). He began demanding payment before the job was done. He admitted that some of the work was poorly done but wouldn't repair. What a nightmare. I wouldn't recommend this company.

I recently purchased a home and needed my floors refinished and kitchen floored. Little A was prompt and communicative. They even suggested adding wood floors under the kitchen cabinets to not be stuck with the layout, which I wouldn't have thought of. They are fairly priced as well. Highly recommend!

Lil A Flooring came highly recommended. Really nice family business; really nice people. I hired them to sand and refinish 2 small, covered ipe porches. They sanded well and applied the oil . At that point I remarked that previous contractors had always used a cloth to wipe flooring after applying the oil to get any excess product off. I was told by the owner that did not need to be done. I paid him immediately after completion and I think a premium because I was not in Chittenden Co. but in Addison Co . In the past I have let the porches dry for a full 3 days. After a week parts were very sticky. I called and they said apply fans. I did. 2, 3, 4 now 6 weeks later areas are still very tacky and collecting dust, leaves and dirt. I continue to call and their reply is we have not forgotten you. I have been very polite and respectful during each phone call. I finally called today and left a message that I was done being patient and now moving on. I guess polite people finish last.
I suggest you might want to look to other flooring refinishers or you might get stuck with an incomplete job that looks terrible.
Please check out the photos below. It is easy to see the tacky areas that have collected all the dirt and debris . I stepped on the front porch(most traveled entrance used) this morning and my flip flop stuck and made a print. When Fed-Ex or UPS deliver my packages they stick to my porch.?‍??‍??‍??‍??‍?Lil’A Flooring has left me with a real mess. ?‍??‍??‍??‍??‍??‍??‍??‍??‍??‍??‍??‍? Help! Any suggestions from others I will take.
